The TAG Extreme Recovery (XR) Towbar is engineered for GWM Tank 300 owners who need serious towing and recovery capability from a single rear bar. Built in Australia for professional trade, fleet, and off-road applications, it combines a 3,000kg tow rating with two integrated 4,000kg WLL recovery points — designed to get you and your convoy out of the most demanding recovery situations.
The kit includes a direct fit wiring harness that activates the Tank 300’s Tow Mode, automatically disabling reverse park assist and cruise control while towing. A 7-pin flat socket is included as standard, along with a zinc tow ball, extreme duty hitch, pin and clip, and D-shackles. The flush chassis-mounted profile maximises departure angle for off-road use, and dual top-mounted trailer and Anderson plug mounts are built in.
