Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure.
Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under the policy and our obligations to you.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for an exchange, refund, or store credit. Brixton 4x4 will not provide a refund or replacement where consumer guarantees do not apply i.e. you got what you asked for but have simply changed your mind, found it cheaper, decided you didn’t like the purchase or had no use for it. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. Refunds are at the complete discretion of the management.
Brixton 4x4 will accept returns and provide you with an exchange voucher, refund (refund will be provided using original payment method) or where:
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase—e.g. your receipt.
If you can’t provide proof of purchase, you may provide a bank statement which shows the transaction or a photo of the receipt. In the event that there is no way to determine that the product was purchased from the selected Brixton 4x4 i store, it will be at that Brixton 4x4 discretion as to whether they provide a refund or replacement.
In some instances, Brixton 4x4 may elect to return the product to the manufacturer’s repair agent to determine the nature of the problem. We reserve the right not to offer an exchange voucher, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.
SALE OR CLEARANCE ITEMS
Brixton 4x4 will not offer return, exchange or refund on sale items unless the product is faulty.
Return freight costs for goods returned due to change of mind or incorrect product selection will be at the customers expense.
Due to the size, weight and nature of some products (i.e bullbars), shipping your return via post or courier may not possible. You may need to physically return the product in question to the Brixton 4x4 showroom.
Returns due to change of mind or incorrect product selection will need to be returned to Brixton 4x4 at the customers expense, within 90 days of receipt of goods.
Custom painted products can not be returned to due change of mind.
The product must be unopened, unused,unfitted and in original condition. After products are returned to Brixton 4x4 and deemed in original condition and suitable for resale, the cost of the goods, less original freight costs paid by the customer will be returned to the customer in the same format in which the original payment was made. A restocking fee of 10% for general items and 20% for custom made items will be applicable for items returned. If the item was delivered via a free shipping offer then the actual cost of freight incurred by Brixton 4x4 will be deducted from the return amount.
INCORRECT PRODUCT DELIVERED
Returns due to wrong product delivery will require the customer to email or SMS an image of the incorrect product. After which the correct product will be dispatched along with paid return freight details/labels.
Please be advised that cancellations made via email prior to product dispatch via will be processed and refunded without a penalty, this excludes products which are custom made to order, such as flares, custom paint and mirrors.
