NOTE - This is a E3 unit with no tailgate locking.  This unit sits 'in-board' due to the bed-rail capping design by Volkswagen, reducing the racking load capacity to 90kg.

If removing a Sports Bar - you will have to change your bed rail caps to non-Sports Bar bed caps that do not have cut-outs for the Sports Bars.  These Bed Caps are available from your local VW Dealer Parts Department.

If you want to keep the Sports Bars you will need an additional Riser Kit

If the EGR RollTrac is fitted to the vehicle with any accessory loaded with more than 45kg, a tub reinforcement kit MUST be fitted.

* Width between rack channels was measured at front and back and were the same - parallel, so only one measurement was listed above. The length is side rail only. If wanting to fit over the front end cap, add the length of the front end cap to length (33mm)
