The LandCruiser 75 Series earned its reputation on station tracks, mine roads and long outback crossings, but after decades of work the original leaf packs are usually tired and sagging. This EFS lift kit replaces the springs and dampers at both ends with a matched package, raising the 75 Series by roughly 50mm (2") to restore ride height, ground clearance and approach angles for 1985 to 1999 cab chassis and troop carrier models.
Because the 75 Series runs leaf springs front and rear, the kit includes new raised leaf packs for both axles rather than coils. You choose a front and rear spring rate to suit the weight the vehicle carries every day, so the truck sits level and controlled whether it is running empty around town or loaded up for a long trip.
Choose Your Shock
Elite
The EFS Elite is the shock supplied with this 75 Series kit. It is a twin-tube design aimed at daily driving, work use and touring on mixed roads, with a comfortable ride on bitumen and steady control on corrugations. The front shocks come pre-assembled.
- 35mm bore twin-tube construction
- 15mm hardened chrome piston rod
- Velocity-sensitive DMC (Dynamic Motion Control) valving
- Valved to match the raised EFS leaf springs supplied in the kit
Front Load Options
- 0-50kgs: factory front bar or no added weight up front. Best ride comfort for a lightly equipped 75 Series.
- 50-100kgs: an alloy bar, light bar, driving lights or similar lighter accessories.
- 100-150kgs: a steel bullbar, or a bar fitted with a winch and recovery gear.
Rear Load Options
- 0-150kgs: light, everyday loads. Ideal for an empty tray or occasional gear in the back.
- 300kgs: regular touring weight such as a tray canopy, fridge, water and camping equipment.
- 500kgs: heavy constant loads including service bodies, drawer systems, toolboxes or a slide-on camper.
