EFS Lift Kit for Toyota Hilux N80 (2015 - 2025)

The eighth-generation Hilux is one of the most common work and touring utes in the country, and its factory suspension is tuned for an empty tray on smooth roads. Add a bullbar, a canopy or a weekend's worth of camping gear and the nose drops, the rear sags and the ride turns harsh over corrugations. This EFS kit replaces the struts, coils, rear shocks and rear leaf packs on 4WD Hilux models from August 2015 to 2025, lifting the vehicle by around 40mm and matching the spring rates to the weight you actually carry.

Every part in the kit is engineered to work as a set, so the front and rear stay balanced whether the ute is running unladen during the week or loaded for a long trip. Choose the shock series that suits how hard you drive, then pick the front and rear load ratings that match your accessories.

Choose Your Shock

All front struts are supplied pre-assembled with the coil spring already fitted, ready to bolt in.

Elite

A dependable all-rounder for daily driving, work use and occasional dirt roads. It gives a settled, comfortable ride without stepping up to a larger shock body.

XTR

A step up in body size for owners who tour regularly and spend more time on gravel and corrugations. The larger bore carries more oil, so the shock stays consistent over long rough stretches.

Xtreme

Built for heavier vehicles and harder off-road use, where the shocks are working hard for hours at a time. A good match for a fully accessorised Hilux that carries a constant load.

MRP

The performance option. MRP 2.5 uses a monotube remote reservoir design with external adjusters, so you can tune the ride for touring, rock work or high-speed outback tracks.

• 2.5" monotube body with finned remote reservoir for heat dissipation
• 24-stage compression adjustment
• Up to 36-stage rebound adjustment
• Front supplied as a complete strut and coil assembly

Front Load Options

• 0-50kgs: factory front bumper with no extra weight. The softest, most comfortable front setup.
• 50-100kgs: an alloy bar, light bar, driving lights or a similar moderate load over the front axle.
• 100-150kgs: a steel bullbar, or a bar carrying a winch and recovery gear.

Rear Load Options

• 0-150kgs: everyday driving with an empty tub or light gear. Keeps the rear supple when unladen.
• 300kgs: regular touring loads such as a canopy, fridge, water and camping equipment.
• 500kgs: heavy, constant loads including drawer systems, service bodies, toolboxes or a slide-on camper.
