Plenty of seventh-generation Hilux utes are still working hard on farms, job sites and touring trips, and by now most are riding on tired springs and worn-out dampers. This EFS kit gives a 2005 to 2015 4WD Hilux a fresh start at both ends, lifting it by roughly 40mm for extra clearance on rutted tracks while bringing back a firm, controlled ride on the highway.
The front end gets new pre-assembled struts with raised coils, and the rear gets fresh shocks and raised leaf packs. Spring rates are selected separately for the front and rear, so a lightly equipped daily driver and a fully loaded tradie or touring ute can both sit level and carry their weight properly.
Choose Your Shock
Two shock series are available for this Hilux. Both come with the front struts pre-assembled, ready to bolt in.
Elite
The sensible choice for most owners. Elite shocks suit a Hilux that spends most of its time on sealed roads and gravel, with the occasional weekend away. They smooth out potholes and corrugations without feeling soft or floaty.

XTR
Built for owners who head off-road often or carry weight all the time. The larger shock body holds more oil and sheds heat better, so damping stays consistent on long stretches of rough track.

- More oil capacity than the Elite for better fade resistance
- Suited to heavy off-road and regular touring use
Front Load Options
- 0-50kgs: original front bumper or no added weight. Gives the softest front ride.
- 50-100kgs: an alloy bar, a light bar or a set of driving lights.
- 100-150kgs: a steel bullbar, or a bar carrying a winch.
Rear Load Options
- 0-150kgs: an empty tub or light everyday gear.
- 300kgs: a canopy, fridge, water and camping kit for regular touring.
- 500kgs: constant heavy loads such as toolboxes, drawer systems, service bodies or a slide-on camper.
