The R7 and R9 Rodeo is a simple, honest workhorse, and plenty are still in daily use. After more than two decades, the original torsion bars and rear leaves have settled, leaving the ute low at the back and soft up front. This EFS kit lifts the 4x4 Rodeo by around 40mm and brings back a firm, level ride.
Heavy-duty torsion bars set the new front height, while raised rear leaf packs, a U-bolt kit, spring bushes and greasable shackles rebuild the rear. EFS Elite shocks are fitted at both ends.
Choose Your Shock
Elite
The Elite series is the shock supplied for the R7/R9 Rodeo. It suits work use, daily driving and dirt roads, with comfortable valving matched to the new springs.
- 35mm bore twin-tube design
- Hardened 15mm chrome piston rod
- Valving matched to the heavy-duty torsion bars and raised leaf springs
Rear Load Options
- 0-150kgs: an empty or lightly loaded tray. Rated for up to about 200kg.
- 300kgs: a firmer rear spring for a constant load such as a canopy or toolboxes. Rated for a constant 200kg.
