The package comes ready to fit as is for a direct bolt-in installation. All parts are supplied with instructions on how to fit your new bash plates. No cutting or welding needed.

Coloured paint additional cost.  Vented and Colorado also available.  Please make notes in the checkout if you prefer these options.

With your purchase of the Stainless Steel plates, make sure the plates fit before removing the protective film. If your plates don’t fit or have any other problem, the protective film needs to stay in tacked in order to receive a replacement set or a refund. We have included a variety of bolts, and across the year ranges the bolt holes remained the same but the bolts may have changed. The bolt threads in the chasee are 1.25 fine pitch thread. The 30mm M10’s supplied with nut plates are a standard thread not to be used in the chassis. This will only be valid with three piece sets, not for two piece sets.

Front and Sump Plates

Start with the sump plate. This will go directly under the motor with the forks to the front. The back of the plate will share the bolts with the front of the transmission plate. When installing the front plate, the front holes will use the two spaces to fill the void in between the chasee and the plate. To find the front holes for the front of the plate, ensure that the back holes are lined up with the back of the plate.

Transmission Plate

Nut plate needs to be inserted inside the transfer cross member to give a thread for the transmission. The transmission plate will share the bolts of the sump plate and will use the 2x 30mm bolts to connect plate to the nut plates.
