40in LED Slim Light Bar VX1000-CB / 12V/24V / Single Mount - by Front Runner

The 36 intense, high-performance LEDs, with OSRAM technology, reach a distance of 525m and deliver 6000 lumens. The 5700 Kelvin, light intensity is distributed as a combo beam pattern- near and far-field illumination.

The intelligent reflector design diverts the light from the LEDs so that oncoming traffic is only indirectly exposed to the light. To accommodate its wide range of uses, the searchlight is equipped with a durable polycarbonate lens.

The integrated driver and thermal management system, measures and regulates the temperature of the LED, eliminating the risk of overheating and aids in the longevity of its lifespan. Full LED polarity protection automatically breaks the circuit in the event of excess voltage, which ensures a long lifespan.

Individual installation is possible due to the VX1000-CB SM's double ECE certification.
The 12V/24V LED lightbar is ECE-compliant and versatile in application and is not limited to automotive use only. Secures to your Front Runner Roof Rack with supplied mounting kit.
Optional {LIGH201} or {LIGH202} are available and sold separately.

Legend has it that Front Runner was conceived between a 1988 Land Cruiser 70 and a 1992 Mercedes G-Wagen in Botswana, around a campfire, near a majestic Baobab, amongst elephant tracks, by a handful of friends from South Africa with backgrounds in engineering, design, manufacturing and off-road racing. After suffering through numerous equipment failures on their expeditions around the world, they decided to take their shared passion for vehicle based adventure travel and dream up new, smart gear and build it stronger than… well, as they put it, “stronger than the elephants at the watering hole 1 klick over.”

And just like that, before the moon gave way to the sun, we were born.

With the gruelling African bush as a testing ground, we at Front Runner focused on a tough love approach to developing products. With both feet facing the future and little sentimentally for mediocre ideas of the past – common approaches to off-road vehicle product design were quickly jettisoned in favor of innovation, new materials, and superior manufacturing practices.

Today our products have a well deserved reputation (if we don’t say so ourselves) for quality, intelligent design, and durability.
