Rival Aluminum 2 Piece Bash Plate Set for Ford Ranger Next Gen 2022 onwards

The Rival 4x4 2-Piece Bash Plate Set covers the two most forward and most vulnerable components on your Ford Ranger Next Gen — the radiator and the engine oil sump. Both sit directly in the path of rocks, trail debris, and gravel on any off-road run, and damage to either can end a trip fast. At just 12kg combined, this aluminium set is the lightest entry point into serious underbody protection, and it covers the two systems that carry the highest repair cost if left unprotected.

Both plates are constructed from 6mm deep-stamped aluminium alloy, precision laser-cut for a direct factory fit, and finished in a textured matte black powder coat for long-term corrosion and UV resistance. Installation is bolt-on to factory mounting points — no drilling, cutting, or permanent modification required.

What’s protected:

• Radiator Bash Plate — shields the cooling system from stones, branches, and debris at water crossing entries. A single puncture means rapid coolant loss and engine overheating.
• Engine Bash Plate — covers the oil sump and lower block. A breached sump means oil loss, and without oil the engine seizes within minutes on a remote trail.
