    • Donaldson Diesel Pre-Filter Kit for the 2026+ Toyota Hilux N90 48V

    The new-generation Toyota Hilux N90 with the 48V 2.8L 1GD-FTV turbo diesel runs a common-rail injection system at extremely high pressure, so even a small amount of water or grit in the fuel can damage injectors and the high-pressure pump. This Donaldson pre-filter kit (part OS-N90-DON) adds a second line of defence in series ahead of the factory fuel filter, catching water, rust and fine particles before they get anywhere near your engine.

    Built specifically for Australian right-hand drive Hilux N90 4x4 models, the kit bolts in with a vehicle-specific bracket and supplied hoses, so there's no guesswork during installation.
