Rock Tamers 2.5” Hub Mudflap System with Matte Black/Stainless Steel Trim and an 850mm Rock Screen offers adjustable, removable protection ideal for towing.

Rock Tamers stand out with their matte black, UV-protected powder-coated finish, durable forged aluminium hub and arms, corrosion-resistant stainless steel support rods with zinc coating, and robust full-length black rubber flaps. This high-performance mudflap system delivers top-quality protection and durability.
BONUS 850mm wide Rock Tamers Rock Screen attaches between the two Rock Tamers flaps and eliminates damage from stones, gravel, small debris, tar, etc. while travelling.
Rock Screen features include:
- Constructed of a double layer of heavy-duty, rip-stop truck mesh
- Resists fraying/tearing when holes are cut for electrical and hitch penetrations
- Measures 85cm wide x 45cm deep and is 80cm between the top corner eyelets
- Includes 1 mesh insert and attachment hardware
Rock Tamers Tips & Tricks:
- When travelling, the mud flaps need to be sitting at about 45 degrees to be effective. Adjusting the static angle will help achieve this. The static angle of the mud flaps can be increased up to 35 degrees from the vertical. This will enhance the performance of the mud flaps and help eliminate the chance of stones rebounding back onto the tow vehicle.
- Clearview Accessories provides a free Rock Screen with every set of Rock Tamers. This lightweight mesh insert is also available to be purchased separately for vehicles regularly travelling on gravel roads and off-road driving. This insert, when fitted between the two flaps, will reduce the occurrence of stray stones, debris etc. rebounding off the A-frame of your tow vehicle. (A loose-fitting mesh will last longer than a tight-fitting mesh)
- The lowest point of the mud flaps needs to hang a minimum of 100mm off the ground when hitched or fully loaded. The mud flap length may require cutting to fit your specific vehicle.
- Rock Tamers must be removed before entering any drive-through car wash.
- To extend the life of your Rock Tamers, when not in use, spray the hub and fittings with a lanolin-based spray and wipe off excess. This will protect against corrosion etc. particularly when used in salty conditions.

Eligibility for Return:

The mirror must be returned within 28 days of the purchase date.

The product should be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Restocking Fees:

A restocking fee is applied for re-boxing returned mirrors, as shipping often damages boxes or leaves them with old shipping labels affixed.

If the mirror has been removed from the box and fitted to a vehicle, a $150 fee will apply for repackaging and restocking.

Products returned after the 28-day period cannot be accepted due to Clearview's policy of maintaining the integrity of our product improvements.
