The CalOffroad Platinum Tour Pack allows you to carry more load, get bigger wheels and navigate the offroad terrain with greater ease. Developed with Bilstein for the Ford Ranger PX, these are purpose built struts and shocks, not a rebranded Bilstein from some other model.

Featuring Bilstein proprietary valving and IFP (internal floating piston) technology, the IFP separates the high-pressure nitrogen gas from the oil, eliminating shock fade and oil foaming. The CalOffroad Platinum Series shocks are designed in Australia and made in Bilstein's high-end German factory, fully rebuildable and built for both on and offroad reliability.

Lift Kit Features:

• Front Lift Up to 2 Inches: Correct your Ford Ranger alignment or increase ground clearance.
• Height Adjustable Front Struts: Multiple raising grooves allow you to set the front of the vehicle where you want it.
• Multiple Front Load Options: Choose from Light or Heavy spring rates to suit your vehicle and accessories.
• Multiple Rear Load Options: Choose from Light, Medium, Heavy or Extra Heavy leaf springs to suit your tray, canopy and load.
• Bilstein Platinum Series Shocks: Purpose built for CalOffroad with proprietary valving, designed in Australia and made in Germany.
• IFP Technology: Separates the high-pressure nitrogen gas from the oil to eliminate shock fade and oil foaming.
• Tapered Wire Platinum Coils: Designed and made in Australia for extremely smooth small bump compliance right up to big hits.
• Tuned Rebound Rate: The coil rebound rate is tuned to assist the shock, giving less aggressive rebound and less shock fade in extreme conditions. Every shock and coil is dyno tested so the coil rate matches the shock valving.
• Long Travel Rear Shocks: Bilstein long travel rear shocks for improved wheel travel and control.
• CalOffroad Leaf Springs: Wear pads between each leaf, a tuned build ratio for a smooth ride whether you have no weight or large amounts of weight, and a high flex design for more wheel travel.
• Greasable Shackles and Pins: Heavy-duty greasable rear shackle setup for long-lasting durability.
• Fully Rebuildable: High-end rebuildable IFP technology shocks, assembled in Australia.

The vehicle-specific mounts include fully machined ring eyes for more accurate fitment and a high end low maintenance bush system that isolates road noise and vibration.
Our strut bushes are maintenance free and can handle water, dust , dirt , snow, mud anything that you can throw at them and never need greasing
