Installation Instructions

1.  Unpack the tank and verify all components, hardware, and fitting instructions are present before beginning.

2.  Safely raise and support the vehicle to gain full access to the underside and the factory fuel tank mounting location.

3.  Drain any remaining fuel from the factory tank and disconnect all fuel lines, sender wiring, filler tube, and breather lines.

4.  Remove all factory tank mounting hardware and carefully lower the original 91L tank from the vehicle.

5.  Transfer the factory fuel pump sender assembly to the Brown Davis tank — the CHSIL20R1 is designed to reuse the vehicle's original equipment.

6.  Offer up the Brown Davis tank to the mounting location, align all bracket points with the vehicle's existing fixings, and hand-tighten the mounting hardware.
