4 Cub Box Drawer / Narrow - by Front Runner

If Front Runner doesn’t offer a vehicle-specific drawer kit for your make and model vehicle, consider this “universal” drawer kit. Since these drawers will only fit into appropriately sized vehicles, please see FITTING INSTRUCTIONS for exact product measurements.

• This specific drawer kit was designed to fit into narrow vehicles such as the Land Rover Defender 90/110 (1983-2016), or vehicles where the wheel arches protrude further than usual. This 4 Cub Box Drawer / Narrow kit includes a sliding drawer system, latch mechanism and detailed fitment instructions. {Cub Pack Storage Box SBOX001}, the heart of this modular storage system, are perfectly sized for kitchen support, dried goods, tools, camera gear, toiletries, even cloths.
• These latch-to-close, stackable and durable Cub Pack storage containers are made from black, high strength plastic and have integrated grips for easy carrying. High-strength bearing slides allows the drawer to extend nearly 100% from the anchored base.
• Fitted with a latching mechanism, the drawer is kept in place when in the closed position. Customize your own storage configurations. Stack and secure luggage, {Wolf Pack Storage Box SBOX008 }, {Cub Pack Storage Box SBOX001}, aluminum boxes and other storage containers to the upper deck using { Stratchits Straps STRA034 } or other straps as well as {RAIL007} and {RRAC012}.
• Finished with the same durable black powder coating as the Front Runner Slimline II Rack The 4 Cub Box Drawer / Narrow can be easily installed. Depending on your vehicle’s make and model, drilling may be required.
• All Front Runner Storage Systems are backed by a 2-year warranty. Installation of this product requires a Rivnut tool. We suggest using the {VACC016}.
• *Please Note: The 4 Cub Box Drawer / Narrow does not come with an upper flat deck, deck completion set or face plates as standard fitment.

Legend has it that Front Runner was conceived between a 1988 Land Cruiser 70 and a 1992 Mercedes G-Wagen in Botswana, around a campfire, near a majestic Baobab, amongst elephant tracks, by a handful of friends from South Africa with backgrounds in engineering, design, manufacturing and off-road racing. After suffering through numerous equipment failures on their expeditions around the world, they decided to take their shared passion for vehicle based adventure travel and dream up new, smart gear and build it stronger than… well, as they put it, “stronger than the elephants at the watering hole 1 klick over.”

And just like that, before the moon gave way to the sun, we were born.

With the gruelling African bush as a testing ground, we at Front Runner focused on a tough love approach to developing products. With both feet facing the future and little sentimentally for mediocre ideas of the past – common approaches to off-road vehicle product design were quickly jettisoned in favor of innovation, new materials, and superior manufacturing practices.

Today our products have a well deserved reputation (if we don’t say so ourselves) for quality, intelligent design, and durability. Our manufacturing facility just outside of Johannesburg, South Africa features in house laser cutting, bending and powder coating.
