  • Large items are those large cubic volume as classified by our courier companies. Due to their weight or size, they incur additional freight cost which is calculated at checkout. These items include but are not limited to items like Bull Bars. Minimum freight cost for these products is $150 up to $400 depending on the location. Delivery for large or heavy items¬†may not be available for Western Australia, Northern Territory or remote or island locations.
  • Heavy items are those with high weight classified by our courier companies. Due to their weight they incur additional freight cost which is calculated at checkout. These items include but are not limited to items like Suspension kits and body armour. Minimum freight cost for these products is $50.
  • Offer excludes bulky products and Gift Cards. Products considered bulky are noted in the Description area of the product page.
  • To qualify, your order must be greater than $500 after any sale discounts or coupons are applied. The order value is not inclusive of any quoted freight charges or installation charges.¬†
  • Free shipping is not available to remote or island locations.

DELIVERY ACCEPTANCE

Orders have several means of delivery including Australia Post, Sendle & various freight companies. Items will be left at your chosen delivery location, with Authority To Leave, unless you have specifically requested otherwise. If you do require signature and if there's no one at home to sign for the parcel, or a 'to the door' service is not available in your area, a card will be left with instructions on how to collect your order.

Once your parcel has been delivered to your chosen location you will be responsible for any damage to or loss of your items. If you believe you have not received everything you ordered please contact us within 14 days of delivery. 

Please note, we do not accept deliveries to Parcel Collection boxes or lockers.
