Are driving lights legal?

Legislation does not specify how many additional lights are required on your automobile. The driving lights must not be placed in a position where it causes glare or discomfort to the driver while driving, either directly or by reflection.  However all lights you put on cars are installed in pairs therefore you should use two lights at once.
