• High-strength bearing slides allows each drawer to extend nearly 100% from the anchored base. The push-to-latch mechanism is lockable when closed. Provide peace of mind and security by locking away important support gear.
• The flat deck incorporates three cargo attachment channels and 6 {RRAC012}. Customize your own storage configurations. Stack and secure luggage, SBOX008 Wolf Pack Storage Box, SBOX001 Cub Pack Storage Box , aluminium boxes and other storage containers to the top deck using STRA034 - Stratchits.
• The deck above the drawer can also be used to mount Front Runner Cargo/Fridge Slides.
• The left and right-side Faceplates have 4, pre-cut, knock-outs each for adding electrical panel socket inserts (sold separately).
• The side decks are easily removable creating storage pockets between the drawers and vehicle for a variety of items such as tools, jumper cables, tow ropes, snorkels, masks, fins, kindling, barbeque skewers, etc.
• The deck is covered with a durable, UV resistant nylon pile carpet. The nylon carpet surface creates resiliency for securing cargo while insulating against noise and vibration.
• Finished with the same durable black powder coating as the Front Runner Slimline Rack and other Front Runner products.
• This Front Runner Removable Box Drawer Kit can be easily installed in minutes by attaching the supplied C-hooks and turnbuckles to the vehicles existing mounting points. Removing the drawers is just as easy.

Legend has it that Front Runner was conceived between a 1988 Land Cruiser 70 and a 1992 Mercedes G-Wagen in Botswana, around a campfire, near a majestic Baobab, amongst elephant tracks, by a handful of friends from South Africa with backgrounds in engineering, design, manufacturing and off-road racing. After suffering through numerous equipment failures on their expeditions around the world, they decided to take their shared passion for vehicle based adventure travel and dream up new, smart gear and build it stronger than… well, as they put it, “stronger than the elephants at the watering hole 1 klick over.”

And just like that, before the moon gave way to the sun, we were born.

With the gruelling African bush as a testing ground, we at Front Runner focused on a tough love approach to developing products. With both feet facing the future and little sentimentally for mediocre ideas of the past – common approaches to off-road vehicle product design were quickly jettisoned in favor of innovation, new materials, and superior manufacturing practices.
