• This drawer kit has 1 lockable drawer, 2 keys per lock, a carpeted top deck, brackets, all necessary installation hardware, and detailed fitment instructions. 150kg / 330 lb per drawer load carrying capacity.
• High-strength bearing slides allows each drawer to extend nearly 100% from the anchored base.
• Provide peace of mind and security by locking away important travel items such as computers, smart phones and camera gear.
• The flat deck can be used to screw or bolt items down. Customize your own storage configurations. Stack and secure luggage, SBOX008 Wolf Pack Storage Box, SBOX001 Cub Pack Storage Box, aluminum boxes and other storage containers to the top deck using STRA034 - Stratchits or other straps.
• The deck above the drawers can also be used to mount Front Runner Cargo / Fridge Slides. Supplied with 2 specific Drawer Dividers to create compartments. Drawer Dividers help organize and stop excessive movement of gear and supplies.
• The deck is covered with a durable, UV resistant nylon pile carpet. The nylon carpet surface creates resiliency for securing cargo while insulating against noise and vibration.
• Finished with the same durable black powder coating as Front Runner Roof Racks and other Front Runner products. This drawer kit can be easily installed in minutes.

Legend has it that Front Runner was conceived between a 1988 Land Cruiser 70 and a 1992 Mercedes G-Wagen in Botswana, around a campfire, near a majestic Baobab, amongst elephant tracks, by a handful of friends from South Africa with backgrounds in engineering, design, manufacturing and off-road racing. After suffering through numerous equipment failures on their expeditions around the world, they decided to take their shared passion for vehicle based adventure travel and dream up new, smart gear and build it stronger than… well, as they put it, “stronger than the elephants at the watering hole 1 klick over.”

And just like that, before the moon gave way to the sun, we were born.

With the gruelling African bush as a testing ground, we at Front Runner focused on a tough love approach to developing products. With both feet facing the future and little sentimentally for mediocre ideas of the past – common approaches to off-road vehicle product design were quickly jettisoned in favor of innovation, new materials, and superior manufacturing practices.
